How do I place an order?

Customers may call our service line at 937.473.5360 for any orders not made from our online store.

All custom orders can be made by calling our service line, or contacting Carolina Moon by e-mail from our contact page.

Our custom options are unlimited. If you do not see what you are looking for on our online store, do not hesitate to ask one of our sales representatives about other options available to you. We will be glad to send you leather samples, fabric, etc that will meet your needs. Our website only shows a portion of what Carolina Moon can provide to you.

How long does it take to get my custom order?

Every custom order is a different process. The amount of work involved in the product will determine the time it takes for the manufacturer to get the product finished. Each custom piece is hand made from our high quality manufactures, right here in the United States! Because of the quality of each piece, it can take up to 14 weeks to receive your custom order.

Will my shipping quote change after the product is finished?

No, once you receive a shipping quote from us, there will be no changes in that quote when the product is finished.

Do you provide services to design the interior of my entire home?

Yes, Wild West has a design team on hand for all of your designing needs, whether it be in your home or office, we are here for you.Our design staff is on hand for your designing needs.

What if I receive my custom order and it is not what I wanted?

When you receive your initial invoice from Wild West, each customer must check over every aspect of that invoice received. If the invoice is missing an option that you requested, Carolina Moon must be notified by phone within 48 hours of receiving the invoice that there is a missing option. If we are not contacted within that timeframe, there will be a 25% restocking fee for any cancellations.

If every option was listed on the original invoice and your product is missing something, we will be happy to arrange a shipper to pick the product up and begin the process of remaking your custom order at no charge to you.

Every customer will be sent samples of leather, fabric, etc requested from that customer. Once those samples are given the ok and the original invoice is processed, custom orders are not subject for a refund.
